Horrifying Incident took place ,when a 14 year old guy started arguing to a policemen
and suddenly one of the policemen took on that child.
But i think that it was to frighten the child because he was also little rude towards them
the reason i dont know what happend but everyone present there just freaked out
I think its little scary when you just pull out the gun to at that age guy
Cop or not that's a minor he held and move him beyond 15 feet without his consent even if he's an adult that's called kidnapping but he a white off duty cop so it's not a crime
